So we got several pics to take home with us. Most of them turned out great! The lady doing the scan, however, was not. She was very cold and not kind at all. She didn't even acknowledge DH or treat us very well.

I noticed I had anterior placenta as well (she didn't say anything, but it was later put in my notes) which explains why I felt the kicks so much later that my first pregnancy. 18 weeks vs 16 weeks. Either way, baby looks amazing!

EEEssshhhh....you don't have Kaiser Permanente do you? When I had my 20 week scan, my tech was awful..... Im sorry you had the same experience, but happy everything looks perfect! Congrats!

Haha, we do actually! The way we've been treated is night and day compared to last pregnancy, but since DH's employer switched to giving them Kaiser, it'll have to do. And thank you! :happydance:

Awww, congrats :D

And sorry about your tech, sounds like the sonographer I had when I had the first two scans with DS

Lol! I wonder if we go to the same one! Mine wAs in southern ca in Ontario...she was horrible...overall though, I actually like it there...with the exception of that scan..lol

Sorry the sonographer wasn't very nice :(. But congrats, he looks like a cutie :)

Those pictures are lovely! I am sorry the tech was so horrible to you.

We have something in common, I also have an anterior placenta. I was not able to feel her move around or kick till just recently. I love the feeling though! It really is amazing.

It also looks like you and I are just 1 day apart! I love the name Tobias btw, it was actually the name we chose if we were having a boy lol. I am stuck on a girls name though. It was the hardest one for me.

Isn't it an amazing feeling? Every time I feel him I stop to smile. Then my toddler tackles me and the moment is gone. :haha: I'm so excited for the end of the year though - can't wait to meet this little guy. I'm actually very happy we've settled on Tobias. It was so hard thinking of boy names last time that I felt this time was impossible. But we found something we both loved equally. Girl names we were fine with both time, go figure. :haha: You have any ideas?

Not really any ideas here. It is so hard for me .

Ugh what is with rude sonogrophers I just do not understand it!

Congratulations anyway, beautiful pics :)
