23+5 back ache and abdominal cramps BH?

I've been experiencing this for the past 2hours.
I cannot remember what contractions feel like as it has been 8years nearly.
I feel quite sick and my back is like I'm about to have a period.
Do you think it's Brixton hicks?
I've drank two glasses of watery juice(don't like water)
I feel weird it's the only word I can use?

It could be BH but if you're concerned it wouldn't hurt to give your midwife or OB a call. I had this too a couple weeks ago. My lower back felt like I was about to get my period type cramping. I drank some water and just laid on the couch with my feet up and it eventually eased up. I haven't had it since. I think it was due to dehydration and just over doing it that day. Could that be the case for you too?

Strangely enough I was reading about this today as I am getting very strong regular braxton hicks. The guidance says if you have 4 per hour combined with either abdominal pain, bleeding or back pain then you must seek immediate medical help

Nope, still kinda the same. Have good days and bad days.
I'm exhausted and the Braxton hicks are a nightmare.
Thinking it may be a uti but I dipped my urine at work and all seemed okay.
May send a sample to the lab Monday just to make sure xx
