23 weeks possible water infection

Started today lower back n tummy pain not constant just mild...
Not burnin wen peeing but peeing more and bladder feels uncomfortable...

Shud i worry
In uk and sunday tomorow n workin..
Shud i wait too see like monday n ring docs ??

I am dealing with a urinary and kidney infection that basically only affects everything higher up.
It helps me to lay down on my side after drinking fluids until I can be. I also go on all fours every hour to manage this chronic problem. My baby supposedly obstructs the urine flow.

i went to docs about this Thursday and had to give urine sample and wait for results, as its NY and bank hols wont get results till Tuesday but doc said it would be fine just drink lots of water and ring out of hours if it gets really bad (which thankfully it hasnt) so you should be ok waiting for monday x

Best to ring Docs or MW hun. I was having lower abdominal pain the other week and when I rang the MW she wanted to check for a UTI as apparently they can cause you to go into labour (I'm sure only under severe circumstances) but best to be on the safe side xx

Just wanted to say a nurse I work with had her baby per term do to a untreated UTI so always best to get it checked as soon as you can just to be safe. I get a lot of discomfort if baby is sitting on my bladder and if I'm constipated I have a lot of back and tummy pain.
