Can I ask what your luteal phase is to be diagnosed with lpd? If been having a lp of 10 days. I took 100mg b6 daily one cycle and conceived but ended in mc. I'm currently taking it this cycle too but only 6dpo so not sure if will help again

I'm taking 2.5mg femara on my next cycle due to my PCOS.
I did take it once before in 2015 and that was the cycle I got pregnant with my daughter after we were TTC for a few years with no luck.
Also, I did take Vitex for a few months at one point. It seems to help some people, but didn't work for me so I stopped taking it. I know the Vitex is a natural supplement, however it does have an effect on hormones so I would ask your doctor to make sure they can be mixed. Good luck!
