27 weeks, morning sickness is back... D:

Wow... This week has been rough so far. Yesterday I projectile vomited, tmi, but i was trying to make it to the bathroom, and luckily the trashcan was open, and half-way.. I was like a foot away from it, and made it in the trash! Ew! But at least I didn't have a mess to clean! Lmao... All I could think afterwards was "slam dunk". Wth is wrong with my brain? Lmao
Today, I threw up my breakfast. Which was lovely on it's own...

I'm concerned because in the first trimester, I lost 10 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight due to bad morning sickness. So far, I've only gained 10 lbs past my pre pregnancy weight. If I get bad morning sickness again, I might lose weight again, and I don't want that to happen, as I want my baby boy to be healthy! I have an appointment tomorrow with my MW, so I guess I'll bring it up to her... But has anyone else experienced this? So far, or in previous pregnancies? What has been your experience with it?
