28 weeks - Intense stomach pains

Not sure if this is the flu coming on, something I ate, or food poisioning.. but my stomach is in so much pain! TMI ALERT! I've had the worst diarrhea, and its almost like dry-heaving to make a BM.. It doesn't stop cramping at all. Help! What can I take! I know my doctor said no pepto at all.. not sure if tylenol would help this pain at all.

I had food poisioning and stomach bug 2 weeks ago was awlful...started off with runs and then sickness even tho i didnt feel sick...but i was in so much pain with my tummy but it was up near my rib...top of bellyand it hurt everytime i move so sharp pains it made me cry....what does ur pain feel like n where x
