2cm dilated, 50% effaced, fully engaged @ 35w+2d?

My Baby dropped seemingly early this (2nd) pregnancy, have been feeling the shape of her head through the walls of my vaginal canal since at least week 28.

Week 29: Engaged at -2
Week 32: Engaged at 0, 1cm dilated, Went into L&D for contractions lasting 1-6 minutes apart, but the contractions weren't leading to further dilation so I went home
Week 35 + 2 days (Now): Engaged at 0, 2cm dilated, 50% effaced

My OB told me today that she wouldn't expect me to make it to my due date, I know there's "no way of knowing", but Baby has been super low for so long!
I've just had a feeling I will not make it until week 40. My first born was born at 38 weeks 4 days. But I feel this one may come even sooner.

How long after 2cm dilated, 50% effaced, and engaged to 0 did YOU deliver? Any stories welcome thanks!

I got to 1.5 cm 50% effaced and 0station at 33 weeks (also second, but first baby was born 22 weeks so doctors say they don't consider it a second birth ) got cerclage taken out at 34 from contractions 3 min apart, but no progression! Got sent home. Now at 39 + 2 and no change he has been low for ages it seems. They like to keep us on our toes .
