3 days late,spotting,cramps

Hello!

Im 19 years old and i need help!
Ok so my cycle is very regular, i get it on the 20th,21st of every month but im 3 days late now and im having period like cramps and slight back pain, also i have a very small amount of brown in my discharge today but only if i wipe after bathroom or something. I am sexually active with my boyfriend almost all the time (unprotected). took on 21st and negative, i know it could be too soon.

I'd test again, especially if you're normally regular

I would test in a couple of days as well. What you could be experiencing is implantation bleeding. I am experiencing the same thing right now and waiting for blood test to confirm pregnancy.
