3 dpo lower back pain

i know its early for symptoms but i never have lower back pain i never have any kind of back pain. also ive been taking 200 mg of b6 because my LP is short and also im taking a natural spring prenatal. anybody have lower back pain this early and have ended up pregnant? i think i ovulated sometime on valentines day because i had a twinge of pain and my left ovary was sore for about 25 mins then nothing and me and hubby bd that night plus 2 nights before. thanks for helping

I experienced back pain after ovulation during my September, October and January cycles, around 3dpo. I record all my symptoms to compare month on month but it wasn't a pregnancy symptom, nor could it be as 3dpo is too early for any pregnancy related symptoms as implantation would have not occured yet. It's probably just down to a change in hormones post ovulation, I put mine down to having the beginnings of a cold in October too. Basic rule I go by now to stop myself going mad in the 2ww is 'if its too early to test its too early to get pregnancy symptoms!'.
