3 week old feeding schedule

My LO was feeding 4oz every 3 hours which i was really pleased with. However, the past 2 days she will not sleep longer than 2 hours (mostly 1.5!) but will then only eat an ounce or two.

Do you think I should be making her wait the 3 hours? Trouble is she falls asleep after just one or two then wakes quickly to feed again!

Am worried something is wrong

Nothing to worry about, she's probably just starting to notice that life is happening around her lol instead of just obliviously sleeping all the time. Then when she wakes up it hasn't been the normal amount of time between feeds so her belly isn't empty enough for a full feeding and she's still tired. Lots of babies start turning into "snackers" around this age. If it were my lo, yes, I'd wait until it was at least close to the 3 hour mark to feed again unless she was really upset about it.

Thank you She's managed 3 hrs this afternoon so lets hope it continues through the night!

My lo has done this. He will act as if he's starving and it only be a hour and a half to 2 hours since he ate last and the only drink a half of bottle. He's also drinking 4oz.
