3 weeks and 4 days - help

I just got my BFP Saturday and went to the doctor to have a blood test Monday. Turns out I found out super early because I'm only a little over 3 weeks. The last two days I have had a lot of cm, very heavy thirst and my breasts have been extremely tender. Today my symptoms have become a lot less noticeable. Is this a bad sign or is it normal for them to come and go?

Yeah mine is fluctuating. I am almost 4 weeks.
