3+ years ttc... ovulation question+answer please

Hello girls, sorry if its tmi.. so here it goes, my af arrived on the 12th of this month lasting between 3-4 days, i had on the 18th till yesterday just to cover my days, but the last couple of days i've had this itching type feeling down below, its not smelly or anything( sorry tmi!!) Is this a sign of thrush or actual ovulation??
