30 day HIIT challenge anyone?

I've started (did day 1 last night) a 30 day high intensity interval training challenge - does anyone want to join me?

Day 1 yesterday was 20 seconds of high knees, 20 seconds of squats, 20 seconds of burpess, 1 minute rest and repeat x 5 (that's level 1. Level 2 is x 10 and level 3 is x 15!) tonight is elbow planks! if anyone wants to join me feel free!

If you really like HIIT, I HIGHLY recommend P90X3. It's 30 minutes a day, with 16 different workouts (and a calendar) so you stay on track and don't get bored. My excuse for not doing p90x was always time, but 30 minutes each morning is totally doable! I actually look forward to it. I can also do PULL UPS now... what?? So awesome.
 
This sounds interesting. I'm trying to do the 30 day shred ATM but failing miserably. Might give this a crack tomorrow.
