32 weeks placenta bleed and irritable uterus

On monday i went to the loo and there was massive gush of blood, i covered teh bathroom, whilst panicing i called my medical centre as teh hosp line was engaged (i tried a few other numbers too)

I had to call an ambulance - good job really as my blood pressure was 50/30 i was kept in over night and baby monitored shes fine but they have said to prep just incase a) it happens again b)she comes early

im in a bit of a flap and not sure what i shoudl be doing or not doing - all i have been told is not to over do it

Does anyone have any advice

I had 2 born at 32 weeks all I can say is rest as much as you can, I had same as you and mine got worse (not trying to scare you) I ended up with placenta abruptions. Have they seen where the bleed was from? are they keeping an eye on it?
Make sure you have your bags ready, bubs won't need clothes straight away have they gave you steroids? xx

They said they thought the placenta had come away a bit and caused the bleed..

as it stopped they seemed happy as teh trace was good !!!

I will be making sure my bags are packed tonight

especially as i have been quite crampy.. altho mostly unconforable - but they ease when i sit down - standing is v unconfortable tbh

Stephwiggy: I hope all is OK!! Definately stay off your feet. Wow, that sounds scary and your blood pressure was so low, my goodness. Glad that they got you stablized. Will be thinking of you, take it easy for sure. You need to be waited on now like a princess
