33 and TTC #1 for 10 months

I am 33 and so is my husband. We've been TTC #1 for 9 cycles now with not so much as a faint positive. Currently in the TWW of cycle 10. Getting discouraged. It doesn't help that just about every single one of my friends as well as husband's friend's wives have fallen pregnant in 3-4 months time! And recently announced their pregnancies. Oh well. It's nice to know I'm not alone when I sign on to this site! Anyone else in the same boat?

Best of luck to you! Do you have regular cycles? If not, I'd go in for testing sooner rather than later...but sometimes that makes it even more frustrating!

I'm 4 months post surgery to remove a polyp and endometriosis, which I should consider that sort of like a starting point, but hard not to consider the year and a half leading up to discovering all of that...so it seems like forever for us!

Wow it looks like you've been on a tumultuous journey. I don't know how you do it and keep positive. Here I am at 9 months and no knowledge of a problem. But--we have a "infertility consultation" coming up in a month. (I told them it's been a year but we still have to wait just to talk?!) so we shall see! I do have heavy periods, though they come like clockwork every 26-28 days. So I guess I'm pretty regular?? The witch always shows up, though, like she thinks I must miss her when she's gone...
Eye roll!!!
Anyway--here's to hoping we get our BFP, Mkaykes!!!
