35 and thinking about expanding...again!

Good morning! I am 35 years old. Last year I had my tubes tied and this last summer I had a laser ablation to control INSANE periods. I am still having small cycles here and there, but lately I have been having the strong desire to expand our family again. I want to know if anyone has had any success after tubal reversal and / OR laser ablation? I know these are both really strong negatives against us, but I feel like it's at least worth looking into and considering. I appreciate any / all positive thoughts, vibes and prayers. It's a very difficult (and emotionally charged) conversation!
