Ok so I am loading mind keep bursting into tears! Obsessed with prodding my bump! Barely sleeping due to nightmares of icu and still birth :,-( consultant thinks I have PTSD and want to see me on we'd to discuss a section at 37wks due to my stress levels

I'm being induced/ sectioned at 37 weeks due to my history (stillborn at 27 weeks). I'll worry about the boys until they are out and healthy. This weekend was especially hard because my daughter died Christmas Eve at a family get together and I'm at basically the same point in pregnancy with the boys for Easter and the family get together. My little monkey keeps kicking me and telling me he's still okay tonight though, so that does make me feel better.

I've had friends and family calling me selfish for even considering having my daughter at 37wk. I feel like I am going insane and I just can't take much longer pregnant I feel like a time bomb ticking away. No one understands unless they have experienced it

That is insensitive of them. I've not had anyone say anything about my planned early delivery, but they know I see a high risk doctor that has recommended a 37 week delivery if all goes as planned. They seem to understand that they babies will be safer out than in at that point. It's hard knowing that something can happen at any time and it's a bit of a gamble to know when they are better out than in. Do you get frequent monitoring? We go the MFM once a week now for level II U/S to make sure they are growing/ have adequate fluid.

I am under a consultant in fetal medicine and been see every 2wks from 5wks which has helped calm me a lot
