37 weeks, dull back pain, nausea, hot flashes...early sign?

Since last night I've been having a dull back pain and I've been getting nauseous. Also the past 2 days I have had pretty bad hot flashes throughout the day where I will be soaked! Hot flashes aren't normal for me and I haven't had them my whole pregnancy. I've also been "wetter" down there since Monday and my discharge is more watery. I also had pink tinged discharge briefly yesterday, but that could be because my OB checked my cervix (although he also did the week prior and that didn't happen)

Has anyone heard of these all together being a sign of early labor? I'm a first time mom, so I am not sure what a contraction feels like and I don't know what to look for...

Hi tripleccc,

I have no idea about the other symptoms and each labour is different so it's hard sometimes to compare one person's labour against another. The only thing I can say was that with both of my previous pregnancies, they started with mild but consistent period like pains which eventually became stronger and frequent.

Have you had any other signs since?
