38+6 and So ready!

My last day of work was yesterday and now I am just waiting for baby girl to come. I have been averaging 1 cm a week in dilation, up to 3 1/2 cm dilated and 80% effaced(as of 2 days ago). Dr said she thinks it will be soon. I don't think I have had any Braxton hicks or real contractions, just a lot of period-like cramping. Anyone else in similar situation or just so ready to meet your baby?!

Hi, I'm soooo ready too, just knackered all the time, got huge pressure down below and he's constantly on my bladder, midwife says he's fixed and it'll be any day now. My dd came at 38 weeks so this extra week is a killer - god knows what I'll be like next week or if I go over!!!!!!
