39 weeks, 4cm dilated, constant cramps after sweep?? *** UPDATE PAGE 3! SHE'S HERE!!!

Hey all. As title says I'm 39 wks tomorrow and am 4cm/80% effaced. My doc stripped my membranes. I immediately had some cramping which stopped but now it's like I have a constant bad cramp with uterus tight?? I didn't experience this with my ds, I had no issues til the following morning when I woke up in labor.

Anyone else have this feeling??

*update* it's turned into strong contractions 5-7 mins apart. Let's see if they stick around or are another round of false labor..
