3d ultrasound at 14 weeks for gender? And RAMZI THEORY??

Hey, guys! I’m currently 10.5 weeks and I’m trying to figure out when we will find out the gender of the baby!
The local private 3d place “guarantees” gender predictions after 14 weeks.
Has anyone found out via 3d u/s that early?

Also, I’m attaching my two ultrasounds so far. The first was transvaginal at 5w6d and the second was abdominal at 8w4d.

OWT so far:
-I’m extremely sick almost every day since 7 weeks
-My skin is extremely dry and broken out
-I am extremely moody
-Gut says girl
-heart rate was 175 at 8w4d!

Was the first photo done transvaginal if solid be inclined to say girl xx
