Hi Ladies.

So just a quick briefing.
On my 2nd cycle of Clomid I Ovulated on cd11, had my day 21 progesterone blood test (actually had it day 22) and the very next day the horrid AF arrived, giving me a 22 day cycle!

I take 50mg Clomid days 2-6

I had the results of my blood test today...9.7!!!! super low, But my GP said that it's completely irrelevant and to not even count it as I had my period the day after the test and progesterone levels drop before period arrives. So it can't confirm ovulation.
But I believe I ovulated by checking my temps and CM

Anyways.
what I'd like to know is, I'd like to lengthen my cycle and thicken my womb lining, does anyone take Vitamin B6 or a baby aspirin, or both together and if so has it helped lengthen your cycle and/or thicken the lining of your womb?

All the very best of luck to all you wonderful ladies!
xx

I haven't had any lining issues, but I would say go ahead and take the b6 and baby aspirin as they can't hurt and can only help.

Also, 3 years ago when I was TTC, I got a bfp the month I started taking daily baby aspirin and continued taking it through my second trimester. We had been TTC for 8 months and no hint of bfp. I really think the baby aspirin made the difference.

Baby aspirin promotes blood flow to lining of the uterus which can help with implantation and prevent miscarriage. In TTC #2, it hasn't worked for me, but I've recently had a hysteroscopy that revealed that I had a small polyp in my uterus. Polyps can cause inflammation to the lining and can disrupt the blood flow to it. My theory is that it took me so long to conceive the first time around because of the polyp, but when I took the aspirin it helped my lining out just enough to conceive. I think my polyp probably grew a little when I was pregnant and now I can't conceive at all. I'm hoping that the polyp removal will do the trick.

Anyway, sorry I couldn't be of more help on the LP and lining issues, but I think b6 and baby aspirin are good supplements to take regardless. I also take a B-100 complex vitamin daily.

Thank you so much for your reply!
You were of a great help, you confirmed I can take both!

So I have!

I'm sorry to hear about all your trouble with ttc, it's such a nightmare process but hopefully now you've had your treatment it will happen for you soon.

I fell pg with my dd on the first month of trying!
We've been ttc number 2 for over 2.5 years!

I was diagnosed with having annovulation, PCOS and low progesterone and have now gone into my 3rd cycle of clomid!

I'm starting to lose all faith!
My clomid will be upped next cycle if I'm not pg and I think I might even try the progesterone creams.
It's making me mentally exhausted now. I'm not stressed about it anymore just fed up!

I'll keep my fingers crossed that we both get out BFP soon! Xx

Don't lose hope baby chickpea! Even if you're not responding well to Clomid, some women get a good response with Femara or other drugs. I bet you will get your bfp once you get that good egg!
