Hey guys I am 34W and I have the worst cold. I know I can't take anything legit to decrease my symptoms. So I'm downing tons of liquids - water, juices, etc to stay hydrated. However I've lost my appetite. And I know I need to eat because I need this baby to grow! (the baby is measuring a week behind) any tips on how to get through a nasty cold without Nyquil and an appetite?
