4 days early with a 4 day period...feeling discouraged

Hey ladies it's been a long time since ive been here! My hubby and I are trying to have baby #2.
I have been watching my periods and tracking the length's. 37 day cycles period always lasts 5 -7 days.
My period came 4 days early, gone this evening.

I had so many symptoms, peeing a ton,lower back pain some cramps etc. Is it possible I could be pregnant or am I out? I've taken the test all negative so far.
Anyone else been in this position?

Any words of wisdom or stories to share ? Thanks gals.
