4 days late and i still haven't tested

i guess i just feel...late?

ive had a regular 34 day cycle for months now...now im 4 days late and i just feel like there's no point in testing. I'm moody as hell so AF should be round the corner surly...Ive been nearly crying over everything!

woken up this morning and i swear im about to get a UTI
today isnt going well for me...due to the hot weather...i only got an hours sleep last night.

anyone else late and not feeling hopeful?
what about the hot weather over here in the uk? anyone else had problems sleeping with it?

I'm a week + a day late and scared to test until Friday because i know as soon as i test, af will stroll in casually like she always does! And yes, this heat is awful.. I couldn't sleep last night at all i wish i was in this heat outside on holiday, it's awful in the uk when you're tryna sleep though haha x
