4 months without contact

Father's Day came and went and hadn't bothered asking to see LO . His gf is putting on Facebook about him being such a good dad and posting old pictures of my son he took before he stopped seeing him.

Funny how he's ditched him but trying to keep up appearances

I know how you feel hun. My LO is only 8months and we've had no contact for 3 months now although there was no contact for the first 2 and a half months of her life too :/ yet he still seems to be made out as some God and I'm a bitch who won't let him see her. Or in other words I just don't let him take me for a mug..

Yes I was just about to make another post actually . The dummy had the proxy serve me with papers to go back to court again with papers his girlfriend file out lol

You think he would learn his lesson when last time the judge threw out his claim and told him he'd be smart to not file again . Especially since he hasn't complied with his last order and hasn't kept up with his visitation

Not to mention I worked as a legal assistant in family law and have my paralegal degree, I know the law on and out and can mop the floor with him. You think he'd learn!

She's a huge part of the reason he hasn't seen him. Try have a baby and she decided that every other weekend it was taking time and money away from their family because he has to drive an hour to see him. She's selfish and nasty

She is just going to get him in more trouble and I figure of he's stupid enough to listen his problem .im just irritated I have to take the time to go in to court and he might not even show up

Yup . Even my mom whose probably te most forgiving understanding and politically correct person I've ever met calls her by a not so nice name and my sons dad she calls the doorknob daddy .

I've talked to a lawyer because I'm going to have her draw up and file papers for me to make it so he can't file anymore papers unless he gets a judge to say its ony and he has a good reasons. At least then k don't have to go in and have him not show up and waste my time .
