4 weeks post c section flu symptoms

So I'm 4 nearly 5 weeks post section and iv started feeling like im getting poorly iv got chills yet temp 37.5 and i feel weak and just want to sleep.
I have had slight pain when I wee but nothing major.
Can I get an internal infection this long after? I was on strong antibiotics a week after section for my incision as it was open but other than that iv been ok.
I have got a very tender tummy again but I think that's due to me over doing it for a few days.
Any advice would be fab thank you x

Could be thyroid? Hypothyroid in particular you could be freezing, feel super tired, exhausted etc. Fairly common postpartum. Might be worth getting a blood draw.
Not sure if it could be an infection (I am 4 weeks post section, and still feel quite a bit sore on and off...).
