41 and pregnant...

Me and my partner have a 4 year old son and ever since he was a baby, we wanted him to have a sibling.
I have temped my BBT every morning for 3 (!!!) years, taken supplements, done several tests to see if there is something wrong with me or my partner... Next step would have been IVF just before Christmas.
I had absolutely shit week workwise and was cramping waiting for AF to start too, which it didn't, so I did a pregnancy test on Friday.
I was so surprised when it came back positive.
I had a chemical pregnancy in August, so I'm a little nervous about it, but the lines are so much darker this time.
Below is the pictures, top one is from Friday and bottom Sunday.
Please pray that it will be a sticky bean...
