4DPO lower abdominal pains left side

Hi ladies, just after a bit of advice/reassurance! I'm on clomid 50mg and went for my follicular scan wednesday 3rd, went back for HCG shot thursday morning, and felt like I was already ovulating on the thursday as I had the pains which I normally experience during ovulation. However, since then I've felt the pains every day and today they seem worse, have taken pain killers and am now using a hot water bottle! This pain doesn't normally last 4 days, not sure if I should contact the doctor or not, as now I'm not sure when I ovulated! although my temp is up which suggests I have?! I also wonder if I had the shot too late? Could this pain be a cyst? but surely they would have seen something on my scan on wednesday?!

I would ring them, just to rule out the possibility of over-stimulation.
