I got my BFP yesterday and was, and still am, over the moon, but I am getting an awful feeling as everyone else seems to be having nausea or tender boobs and I have had NOTHING! Apart from a positive test yesterday.

I am really worried that it's not here to stay or I am not really pregnant, and as crazy ad it sounds I actually WANT to feel sick, bloated, tired, back pain, sore boobs.... Anythin that could make this pregnancy feel more "legitimate" :(

I feel a bit gutted. Has anyone else been pregnant and had no symptoms at all but carried right through and had a happy healthy baby?

Most don't feel pregnant at 4 weeks! It's just too soon. Even girls with raging hypermesis probably had nothing at 4 weeks

I didn't get any of those symptoms till 6 weeks and later :) 4 weeks is still early days! make the most of feeling OK because in a couple of weeks you'll miss it, haha.

I had no real symptoms until 4 1/2 weeks when my BBs started to get a little sore, I still haven't had any nausea and I'm just starting to get some super minor cramps. I have found the clear blue tests that show weeks since conception really reassuring. Seeing 3+ weeks yesterday really put my mind at ease.

Try not to stress too much, some people go months not even knowing they're pregnant! I'm just going to try to enjoy knowing I'm pregnant without all of the toilet runs yet :)

Congratulations!!

Besides from a larger, squishy left boob lol I have got nothing. It is just too early! Don't worry!!! *hugs*!

The only thing I had in the beginning was sore boobs, which could just have easily as been a symptom of an impending period. It's totally normal to not feel pregnant at 4 weeks. I, too, begged for the day when I had morning sickness, fatigue, etc etc, and let me tell you... the anxiety did not go away when I had those things. In the midst of horrible m/s, I had to get a fetal Doppler because I read too many scary stories of women who still had pregnancy symptoms even after their LO had passed. Now that the m/s is departing, I'm begging for the day when I can feel the baby kick, and worry every day that something has happened to her. I'm sure when I get to quickening I'll be begging for the day when she is born because I'll be nervous about the cord getting wrapped around her head or something. The worrying/anxiety can go on and on!

There is always 'something to worry about,' and there is *always* uncertainty, and so my advice is not to worry or stress, but to enjoy. No awful feelings! We all pray for that BFP, but as soon as we get it, we pray for the next thing. Just ride these feelings for a while, and realize that it IS real. You DID see that positive pregnancy test. You deserve the joy of this moment!

I was worried when i didn't have any symptoms but now the worse I feel the better I feel cause I know my body is doing what its ment to be doing, hang in there it will soon hit you when you least expect it

Thanks for all your responses.

I think I just need to relax and bide my time :)

Wantsalittle1 - you are so spot on with what you say! X
