So I went off the pill mid pack on Sept 5th. Got my period on sept 11th. Ever since my period has been 28 days, except my last cycle I was 3 days late and I have never been late. This cycle I did ovulation tests and found out I ovulate on cycle day 24 or 25. Saturday I had some cramping so I thought I would be getting my period Sunday (Tmi but I was constipated for 2 days so that may have caused the cramping) When I went to the bathroom Sunday AM I noticed bright red blood, maybe a little oranges I'm not sure but pin like drops, you could barely see them. I also noticed some today, but could see them even less and they appeared more light pink. I should have gotten my period on Saturday or Sunday for my 28 day cycle.
Also.... i always assumed I ovulated around Cycle day 12 to 14... so my husband and I always took a break until right before expected period. So I am thinking we have never had sex when I ovulate until this month.
I don't want to get my Hope's up... but it is hard not too. I was worried about a short luteal phase bc when I saw I ovulated so late and I'm a 28 day cycle. There is a long history of endometriosis in my family as well.
When does implantation bleeding begin typically?
Would my cycle extend if I ovulated late and was pregnant for a long luteal phase?
