5 year old teething spots?

Hi , I'm gatecrashing for a friend of mine, hope you don't mind!

Her little girl who is 5 has got a spotty rash (yellow spots) on her face. She has had a few teeth through recently so was wondering if the 2 are connected, has anybody else experienced this? Thankyou x

I have a 10, 8 and 6 year old and none of them ever got a rash when teething except when they were little.
I would call her pediatrition
She COULD have chicken pox
its going around right now
