50mg Clomid and only 6mm eggs???

Hi everyone! TTC for a year with no luck, got tubes flushed (they weren't blocked). Took 50mg of clomid days 5-9, and ultrasound showed a few eggs that were only 6mm on day 14, so the clomid didn't work. (I never ovulated). Started round 2 today, he bumped it up to 100mg and changed it to days 3-7 instead. I'm wondering if anyone else had such small follicles on Clomid? Did boosing the Clomid help at all?

i'm not sure about small follies as i never got scanned but i can tell you clomid didn't work for me even after increasing it to 100mg and changing to days 3-7, i have a hormone imbalance and progesterone defiency so clomid should have worked but i guess for some it just doesn't sorry i couldn't have been anymore help xx

hi i got scanned on 1st cycle of clomid...i was on 50mg & they suggested that i had def ovulated...think eggs were bout 16mm at day 11.....i was told 20mm is the least it should be. i stayed on 50mg as i was ovulating ok from the bloods i had done on cycle 2. i didnt fall pregnant til cycle 4 of clomid, i would def up the dose as have heard increasing it def helps in most cases .....good luck & i hope u get ur bfp soon xx
