I'm 5 dpo today and man I have got the most annoying cramps today and lower back pain. It literally feels like the day I get my AF, which is just about 8 days away. I'm sure it is just nothing as I started cramping and have back pain last month on almost the same exact cycle day but its still frustrating. My body keeps psyching me out!
