6 month old waking

My 6 month old is usually a good sleeper but tonight she has woke screaming. She did have a dirty nappy changed but still screaming intermittently tried teething gel calpol no temp any suggestions?

She did go back off but keep waking then at 6ish she went back off till 7.45ish
I was up sorting dd1 by then though

Maybe it was trapped wind? Sometimes DD screams in the night then in the morning is doing adult volume farts! Really hard to know sometimes sometimes calpol takes a while to kick in enough to reduce the teething pain to a comfortable level, especially if they've slept right on the painful area
