Use a tampon and I can't even think about trying my mooncup which I really liked before I conceived.
It's so painful trying to get one in, sorry tmi, and getting it out is even worse. Which is annoying as i think they are heavier, and I don't like towels
don't know what else yo do though. I had a tear inside which required about 7 stitches so it wasn't massive, but I still feel tender there even now.
Anyone else in the same boat? Any tips or ideas? Did it get better?
Also sorry forgot to add, they don't fit very well anymore when I tried it leaked SO Badly!
