6 week ultrasound question

Hi everyone, I went to the ER because of left side pelvic area cramping on Sept. 30 because I was afraid of a tubal pregnancy, well they determined that it was intrauterine. the doctor seemed very optimistic that everything looked good(5+5 that day. I went to my follow up appointment with my obgyn on Oct. 2nd, she said she seen a yolk sac and that everything looked good even though we did not see a fetal pole or HB. Went today Oct. 5th for my OB intake and happen to see the computer with the doctors notes and on the note it said that no yolk was seen and she talked about possible mc. She did NOT say anything about that to me and she pointed out the yolk to me. i was peeved. I have 5 kids now, and have had 3 mc in the past, but this feels like a normal pregnancy, aside from mild cramping, my next U/s will be Oct.9th....anyone gone through this? what was the outcome...I am a nervous wreck right now! please and thank you

I am in a very similar situation, just wanted to say good luck. Did they do your beta hcg? To see if it is rising as it should?
I had a scan that dated the pregnancy at 5w4d last week, I will have to have another one to see if there is a heartbeat later this week, since I am unfortunately bleeding and cramping too

They did a beta yesterday, but the office is closed until Monday. I am just so anxious. Hopefully your bleeding and cramping it just a fluke and your little bean will be ok. I have made a big mistake and done a bunch of online reading(lol, and here I am again, online) some stories are good, and others are not, so just as worried as ever. Have you been to the Dr about yours? I would go to the Emergency room and have them help you figure it out!

Yeah, I have been to the drs. And to emergency. They are kind of like, so what do you want us to do? Luckily I have a great dr and see him tomorrow again. I just have to wait it out. I thought I would miscarry fully over the weekend, and now it is Sunday evening and I still havent.
This morning I was on my feet a lot and started bleeding and cramping again with fresh blood, seems like movement and activity triggers the big bleeds.
I also have to go for a beta tomorrow morning, and will see the dr tomorrow evening.
My beta hcg of yesterday had a count of over 20 000, and tomorrow's count will determine the further cause of action, if it is lower then we know the embrio did not survive. And if it is higher? Heck, I feel so guilty for saying this, but I am not sure I can cope with pain and bleeding only to possibly lose the baby at sixteen weeks or earlier. I feel so bad saying this...
That said, I will not do anything to harm it either. I just feel so awful for my toddler who doesnot understand why I dont play much with him - he loves physical play.
Let me know how your blood tests for tomorrow go, I will be thinking of you and am keeping my fingers crossed. What do you FEEL is going on? My mind is in such a mess, lol.

Blood tests went good. The beta was 17584, went for an ultrasound this morning and we seen the lil bean. 6w5d!! The heart rate was 124!! I am so much at ease now. I am so glad you have found a better doctor! That makes such a difference! Kept me posted. Keeping u in my thoughts and and sending sticky baby dust to you!!
