6-year molars and asthma :/

My son's 6-year molars erupted over the weekend and his asthma also exploded. I don't know if the two are related, though. Anyone else have a kiddo with asthma who went through something similar? I don't like using his Ventalin inhaler unless absolutely necessary but this morning he really needed it. Just wondering if that's going to be a thing until the teeth are all in.
