6mo refusing boob & water! HELP!

Im working myself up thinking my lo is going to end up severely dehydrated.
He usually nurses every 3-4hrs, sometimes more, sometimes less. He woke up alot lastnight for feeds, & had his last morning one at 7.30am, he then went til 12.00 (very unusual) & hasnt had one since? He is also refusing his sippy cup of water. Its very warm here in the UK at the moment, & the last week or so his day nappies have rarely been as "full" as normal.
What should i do? Any explanation?

My LO did this on Friday and it was such a hot day. I have no idea why, but he had no feeds during Thurs night, so I expected him to be really hungry in the morning, but only had one feed first thing and then nothing for about 7 or 8 hours, when he normally eats every 2. Eventually he fed and was pretty much back to normal the next day. Just keep offering and maybe give him some fruit or cucumber to get a bit of fluid into him.
