Today has been so hard for me I cant believe a year already !!! A day like today I was in a hospital for about a week fighting for my babys life in the hospital bed crying my eyes out,my heart aching praying my son would make it :'(..... Tomo.marks a year since my life change since my heart would have that unforgettable pain since I got to hold my son since I met the most meaningful beautiful person since I found real love since I said goodbye see you later.since I kissed those lil toes lil mouth lil nose lil hands. I love you Jayvian Angel Tatis.

I know how fast that year went It is like another jab in the heart . I am just so sorry you have to go through this, you are a great person . I wish I could help out more and be there for you. I am so happy our babies are together and always will be.. Love u XOXOXO
