7 dpo, going to ovulate again?

I'm 7dpo and just took an opk, and the result was this? Am I gearing up to ovulate again??

Have you tried a pregnancy test??
I've heard you can get positive OPKs when first pregnant.
I do not know if it's accurate, but it's possible.
