7 DPO with lower back cramps, anyone else?

Hi Ladies.

For the last 4 days I've been having really low back ache, it was at the worst yesterday and has eased a bit today.

I have these sort of cramps right before the arrives!
But she's not due to show her ugly face until the 15th Feb?

Anyone else had these cramps at this stage?

I don't usually have them, but have pcos so it's a bit difficult to tell with each cycle?...very confused!

Yeah, I have them a lot. I usually have a lot of back cramping several days after O, and then from about 10dpo till AF starts. I also always have a lot of lower abdominal pain that comes and goes after O that lasts till after AF. I have oddball cramps all the time. For example yesterday was 6dpo for me, and I was lying on the chiropractor's table face-down and felt stretching and pulling sensations in my uterine area and little stabbing pains near my left ovary. I don't believe it's pregnancy-related though. I think it's just I was aware that they were going on. When I'm LOOKING for symptoms, I'll find them. lol

I have been thinking I am out this month, and still kind of do b/c I feel the same as every other month, EXCEPT my lower back is killing me today. I am 8 dpo but in a shorter lutenal phase as AF is due around the 10th or 11th. I was fine this AM. Had a twinge in my right lower back just before work and it's been getting worse all day. My body temp feels cooler (usually sweat in my office) but my AM temp was spot on. The pain has been moving from my right hip to mostly my right lower back and very occasionally my entire lower back. I keep having to stand up to stretch. So - I can't say what the cause is, but I can say I feel your pain!

P.S. I never get back pain w/ AF even though I do have a tilted uterus.

Hi It's a wonder.
With my first pregnancy I had back pain, but was convinced AF was going to show so didn't bother testing until AF was a week late and low and behold i had a bfp!

I'm hoping that this is that sign again especially as AF isn't due until the 15th.

Do you take anything for your luteal phase to lengthen it?

Today my back pain has been on and off but more sharp stabbing pains around my hips also instead of the dull ache I've been having.
Also today I've been getting what looks like EWCM???..strange, but then I've read a couple of posts where that is considered a pregnancy sign but also could be late ovulation?!..I just don't know and I don't want to read too much into every little sign or I'll end up driving myself mad.
I'm definetly not going to POAS until (IF) I miss my period as I've wasted far too much money and stress on HPT's!!!

I'm trying to chill out about it all.
Also tonight I've felt quite nauseas but again don't want to read too much into it! lol
I hate this 2ww! It's hell on earth!

Let's hope that this damn back ache is a sign for something good for us!

I don't take anything. This month it will be 10 - 11 days, most months it's around 13. Friends had b-days almost every day this month and I had one glass of wine for each celebration which tends to shorten my L-phase. Oops -but totally worth it. Needed to cut myself some slack before ov this month..

EWCM - or really any increase in CM can be a good PG sign. I have also heard that Progesterone can cause it to yellow.

I am on a work break and just read an article that says progesterone can cause changes to ligaments and muscles leading to back pain, which for many goes away at about 20 weeks.

I guess we'll see soon enough! At least during the tww we can still hope vs. getting AF and knowing it didn't work. Kinda keeps me going. I have actually enjoyed this tww (but that's probably b/c mine will only be 1 1/2 ww this month.)
