7 weeks postpartum and blood clots

I am currently in battle with my health insurance so I rather not go to a dr unless absolutely necessary. Well for the past couple weeks my bleeding has slowed down (not fully stopping). But two days ago my cervix began hurting and today I am bleeding quite heavy with very large blood clots. I'm soaking a tampon an hour and passing clots the size of my palm. Anyone experience this and it be normal? Going on 4 hours now.

Hi, hope you got in touch with a doctor about this because these are signs of pp haemorrhage/ retained products/infection all of which would need to be dealt with asap. Hope you're ok xx

Please go and get checked out, I had a very serious uterine infection post birth with DD and ended up with severe sepsis and nearly lost my battle. It's better to have it confirmed all is well.
