8 week scan?

I also posted this in 1st tri but I thought I'd post it in here too

Yesterday, I fainted after not eating much all day + my hemoglobin levels dropping.
After being rushed into A&E, they sent me home with a follow up today.
Today, they said everything seems to be fine from the outside but they'll scan me on Tuesday when I'll be 8w3d.
Was just wondering if anyone knew what I'd should be able to see + whether they'd do an internal or external scan... xx

i had an 8 week scan, the pic should be on first page of my journal...

it had to be internal, and you could see a blob with a beating heart basicly

I'm okay, having a few pains in my lower right side.

you will see a blob with a heartbeat and it will be external

It wont nessicarily be external... I had a scan at 9+4 and it had to be internal to get proper measurements. Depends on your sono tech really. But ya, you'll probably see the beginnings of a baby

aw well you'll find out for sure at the scan and it'll put your mind at rest
they just sort of look like a peanut at this stage, or a jelly baby. but it's a beautiful moment when you first see it
me n the lady are fine, just getting very impatient!! xx

It will more then likely be internal, but it may be external it just depends.

And, you can't see much you kind of see a circle that's really it.
