8 weeks and cramping :(

hi all well Im 8 weeks and well last night at about 1230am I woke up to semi bad cramping im bloated and feel like i have a truck parked in my lower abdo/butt area ugh! anyways I went to the loo but no bleeding got up later as I neede to pee and still cramping on and off and back ache went to loo no blood so now im up its the the morning after a crap sleep and still cramping and back ache got the hot bottle out and just taking it easy..........my friend said its pretty normal to cramp around this time just everything growing but like its just a worry...............ive never been pregnant so this is all new and im a little freaked out I had a scan at week 6 and baby was good n healthy. with a little heart beat............i tried to get into my docs but my doc is away and the other guy is fully booked out.
I guess i just need some reassurance........thanks girls :wacko:
 
I've been cramping the whole time. As long as you're not bleeding I think you're ok. Good luck & I hope you get some comfort soon. :flower:
 
It's probably normal.
I had cramping at night a few days ago, and it was so bad it woke me up.. it hurt!
But that was cause I ate mc donalds and my tummy didn't agree with me on that.. so it were gas pains.
Also my lower tummy muscles ache, like i did sit ups or something :haha:

Are you constipated? it might be related to that!
Or just gas, I have alot of gas but it won't come out, also when I have to burp it wont come out easily, i have to rub my stomach to stimate it then i'll burp :dohh:

i was thinking i could be constipated because when i go to the loo its just little pellets lol....tmi.............but yeah i feel like my tummy is just stretched out too.
 
Sounds like you're constipated!
That'll give you bad cramps in your lower tummy, for sure!

Few times I was constipated when I wasn't pregnant, and I'd wake up in the middle of the night with bad cramps!!

Maybe try drinking some prune juice..
 
prune juice = vomit oh that is so nasty. any other tips for constipation?
 
Grape juice might help, that always helps me.
Try to drink at least 2 liter of water daily.
Try to eat lots of fiber such as veggies and fruit.
And try to go for a walk or so daily.. to keep those intestens moving!
 
Even just drinking lots of water can help. I have also been taking mint flavoured chorophyll in water.
