8 year old vomited 13 times in 4 hours, now has diarrhea, no other symptoms? Help?

Hi!

I am looking for any help or tips. My 8 year old niece vomited 13 times between 4am and 8am (it's 10am now here).

Her stomach doesn't hurt, no fever. She is now having diarrhea and (sorry tmi) having trouble accidently going on her underwear.

Any tips to help her feel better? Is it typical for kids to get a stomach virus with no fever or other symptoms other than vomiting and diarrhea? Not even a stomach ache? She's nauseous though.

Has she eaten anything she doesn't normally have?

Mine have had tummy bugs like this many times. Most important thing is to keep her hydrated. Get some Dioralyte for her.
