8dpo- clear blue early detection...think start of my BFP?

Hi everyone,

So I’m currently 8dpo- first cycle of TTC our second, and hating this wait.

I’ve been off birth control for quite a while, been monitoring my “normal” month for quite a while.

We BD’d 5,3, and 1 day before my positive OPK predicted ovulation.

Since 2DPO, I have had god awful cramping (something I never get until the day of my period,which is then only mild)...bad enough to really affect my sleep! I have had sore breasts as well,which isn’t uncommon for me in the LP,but my nipples have been extremely sensitive and I’ve been feeling shooting pains,which is very uncommon for me. And,since around 3dpo,I’ve been going crazy with the feeling that I am pregnant, which is exactly how I felt the month we conceived my DS. I’ve also had really awful lower back ache since last night-didn’t feel such intense symptoms last time round!

Coincidentally, with DS I got a faint positive at 8dpo with a clear blue, and decided to test this morning,and got this. A very faint line came up within the time window. I’ll continue testing,but what do you think?

I see it and I really hope it's a genuine positive but I absolutely detest those tests. They gave me awful false positives. Two days of them and they were really thick and really blue but completely false. I'd had a chemical that cycle and all other tests of the same sensitivity had already gone negative. If I recall correctly, I'm pretty sure I used them when I had positives and they weren't giving me proper lines then, so honestly I would use another test. Fingers crossed this really is a positive

Update: I got my BFP!

Bought an FRER yesterday and a very clear line came up within a minute! Now hoping it sticks!
