Looking for some buddies that will be testing soon!

8dpo and trying hard not to symptom spot but, let's face it, that's impossible! I've noticed a few 'quirks', which are out of the norm for me. I have had some very mild cramping yesterday and today. So mild it's easy to ignore. I also don't have my usual PMS symptoms of acne, irritability, and sleep deprivation!! CM is dry dry dry, which is also unusual.

But other than that, NADA. So I'm either out and AF is being kind to me this month, or there is something else going on!! If this isn't our month DH and I are trying clomid 50mg next cycle. AF should arrive 23 December (if I read my O signs right!)

How about everyone else?

Hey I'm 7 DPO. I took 100mg of Clomid on CD 3-7 and ovulated CD 16. This is our 3rd Clomid cycle. I think I'll test on Christmas Eve.

I felt a bit nauseous today and had a sore back and sensitive nipples the past few days. How long have you been trying? Hopefully this is your cycle and you won't have to try the dreaded Clomid.

It'll be one year exactly this month. I had a chemical pregnancy the first month TTC and have had no luck since.

I've been diagnosed with atypical PCOS (like you, lean PCOS) but EVERY lab I've had has come back within a normal range so I'm not sure why I don't ovulate regularly. I've ovulated 6 times total this year.

I've made my peace with both PCOS and likely needing clomid, but I'm still hoping I won't have to!

I know it's early, but I'm going to test tomorrow and then every other day until AF rears her ugly face on Friday!

Hopefully this will be our month!!

It sounds like we are almost identical! I had an early loss at 5 weeks in may but my cycles went even crazier after that and I've been on Provera/Metformin/Clomid since. The 1 year anniversary really sucks. It's just a kick in the guts, like you're definitely having trouble falling pregnant and no longer the 'taking slightly longer than usual'.

I had a friend who didn't have PCOS but just didn't ovulate regular. She went 8 months without a period and then tested and found out she was pregnant (only 6-7 weeks). She was about to start Clomid. So you can have ovulatory disorders without PCOS.

Clomid is ok, the side effects aren't fun but I keep telling myself it'll all be worth it. Plus it's so nice to have short 29 day cycles. We are planning to do 2 more cycles of Clomid and then Femara for 4 cycles before starting IVF. My DH is also in the military and we have some frozen swimmers for IUI if he gets deployed before June.

But let's just hope we both get BFP this cycle! I try not to test too early. I'm think 11 or 12 DPO, which will be Thursday or Friday.

Sarah, I'm testing early primarily because of the chemical pregnancy a year ago. It may seem strange but there you are. I don't honestly expect a positive so I won't be too disappointed when it happens.

A year ago I just *knew* I was pregnant by 5dpo. Intuition? Symptoms? Both?

I'll let you know today's results when I know.

Welp, a bfn! But like I said, I didn't expect a positive and I'm not disappointed. I'll try again in a couple days.

With your PCOS have the doctors found a cause for it? Is it related to your insulin, hence metformin? I'm on 2000mg metformin despite my insulin levels being within a normal range. I haven't felt a bit of difference since taken them and tried going off them. But my ob/gyn wants me to stay on them regardless. I hate putting chemicals in my body.

What prenatal do you take? Do you like it?

I'm between 6-8 DPO today, and man have I got some weird stuff going on! Had to pee like crazy mild cramping on and off. Then this morning at like 6 am woke up to burning cramping pain in my lower abdomen. Had to take a Tylenol to combat the pain, but now I'm wondering if it's just like a bladder infection going on with me. No sore boobs, but increased appetite and no sleeping at night much but plenty of naps during the day.

Tested at 4 am and got a BFN of course but I have no idea what's going on; if I should just wait it out.

Thanks bev

ME, that's interesting because my MC is they reason why I don't want to test early. I think I'd rather not know if I was having a chemical, especially if AF still came when she was due.

No cause of my PCOS other than the doctor just saying that's how my body is. My free androgens are slightly high. Estrogen is low. Prolactin is slightly high. LH is slightly high and my ratio is about 1:1.5. My ultrasounds showed a thin lining and lots of cysts and enlarged ovaries. I don't have IR but my GP prescribed Metformin because it's all he could do until we saw a specialist. The specialist said it's probably doing no harm and I can decide if I want to take it.

I use Swisse pregnancy ultivite +. I don't mind it. It's quite cheap.

Good luck Canadian! Drink heaps of water and try to wait a few more days.

AFM, I'm still having the gassy/loose stools symptom. I had that in my MC TWW. Nipples are a little sensitive but that's probably just the progesterone. I'm only 8 DPO so too early to test.

Yeah I have been drink ALOT of water been super thristy and feeling hot/dehydrated.

Had a very hopeful experience happen today, but I'm a bit worried to see to much into it. Hubby and I were shopping for presents for our nieces when I was sudden really overcome with nausea. Like it was so bad I had to stop where I was, crouch down and close my eyes, and hold my head and try to focus on NOT vomiting right then and there. Hubby being sweet as he was stood there and rubbed my back and held my hand, and asked if I really felt like I was going to puke that we should probably head out (politely). I laughed and it made me feel a bit better but it lasted about 10 minutes.

The thing I worry about is I'm taking new prenatals and I'm wondering if this is due to that, because I had a bit of nausea yesterday but it wasn't nearly as bad. I also had the nausea return in the car and had to open the car door (when we were parked in the parking lot) and dry heave. Even with this nausea in spells I'm still hungry and wolf down any food, which helps to keep it at bay. Here's the rub though, I'm not even 9DPO (I think) and I'm feeling like this, and I've only got swollen boobs with mild to none tenderness. The cramping is no longer in the uterus and just pressure/pain, cramping in my ovary (right side).

Again I'm just wondering if this is due to the supplements since they have 800mg of folic acid and it's just causing my system to be overloaded and causing "issues."
Any thoughts or ideas would be lovely ladies as I'm stumped to hell about all this.

Canadian, I'm feeling really nauseous too. The same thing happened to me today. I'm not sure if it's just way too early to be feeling this bad though.

Part of the problem, Canadian, is that early pregnancy symptoms can mimic PMS so it's really hard to differentiate.

Are you taking these prenatal vitamins on an empty stomach? Try eating with your vitamin, take at night, eat ginger with your vitamin, or switch to a vitamin with probiotics. If you are getting nauseous with new vitamins and the nausea isn't early pregnancy then I'd hate to see what those vitamins will do to you when you are preggo!!

But who's to say you aren't pregnant? I was feeling symptoms 5dpo with my chemical pregnancy a year ago!

AFM, I've been getting a lot of heart palpitations today. Heart palpitations aren't unusual for me but I rarely get them now that I've been off BC. Early pregnancy symptom or PMS? Hahaha, few more days to find out for sure!!

MEPride, hopefully you'll get your BFP this cycle when will you test?

DH wants me to test in the morning at 10DPO. Im very sure it'll be a BFN and I won't get a BFP this cycle. We found out yesterday that even though DH's SA was good earlier in the year, his motility isn't good now. I'm feeling like we won't be getting out BFP for a while

I would believe that except I've never felt nauseous for PMS ever, and I've always took the new prenatals with food (instructions call for it.) However, I get the nausea at different parts of the day and for the last 3 days taken the prenatals at the same time each day. sometimes by lunch I'm nauseous, and some times by 6pm I'll be nauseous.

I've also noticed my heart beating harder and faster last few days but I feel relatively normal, no cramps no real boob soreness, but I have been "regular" in the bowels (regular for normal people my regular is one every 2-3 days.)

So I don't even know what to think anymore, the cheapies I got via Amazon still say BFN and I'd rather not use a FRER unless I get SOMETHING on the others first.

Fighting waves of nausea again, and I think I had a faint line on a test today before I showered. But I sadly got water on the test and the dye started to run. I'll have to wait for later today it I want to try again. Or I could wait for tomorrow...*sigh*

Here's my 10 DPO FRER. There's a second line obvious IRL but could just be a evap

Hey, can I join? I think
I'm around 8 or 9dpo but am not completely secure if I definitely ovulated this cycle - it's my first cycle since I had a laparoscopy for endometriosis and adhesions. My obgyn said it looked promising that I would ovulate so I'm hoping my body followed through! I didn't temp this cycle but other signs seem to suggest I have.

I've been trying to not symptom spot but it's hard! Yesterday I had tingly nipples and weird cramping but my body has been all over the place this last year that I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything for me.

Sarah - that looks like a second line to me! How long after you took the test did you take the photo? Really hoping it's not an evap!

Hoping you see a second line too Canadian

Hi Webby, I've heard you're more fertile after a lap so fingers crossed for this cycle. It's so hard not to symptom spot! Thanks for looking at my test. I'm trying not to get my hopes up yet. I did a cheapie just before (smu) and I never get evaps with these cheapies and I got a vvf line. I took that photo within 3-5 minutes of doing the test.

Really keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I'm thinking about testing on Christmas morning if AF doesn't show but hoping that a bfn won't make me sad. I think I'll be able to distract myself with the day itself if it is a bfn.

Here's the cheapie -

When are you expecting AF webby? Or do you not really know? If you think you can distract yourself go for it.
