Hello!:flower:
My little boy is 9 weeks old and I really want to get toning my jelly belly and just get fit really. During pregnancy I lost a stone and a half due to a change in diet as I had gestational diabetes , now I'd like to lose another 20lbs to get to a target weight I've been trying to reach since my daughter was born 3 years ago!

My question is, is it too soon to start doing davina's FIT DVD? Its one I used to do and enjoyed. I started her post-pregnancy one at 6weeks pp but dont feel very puffed or anything whilst doings it but I dont want to do any damage as I know joints and things can still be rather flexible at this point!

Sorry for the long post just for one question and thank you if you've read it!
Xx

If you've been cleared to resume normal activities you should be good to go! Just take it slow and listen to your body. :flower: (I tried to do a workout DVD at 7 weeks PP and ended up on the living room floor... switched to walking instead and worked my way into the more intense fitness :haha:)

Good luck, and congrats on your little one!

Like above- if your cleared, then go for it! Just listen to your body- take your time- and work up to a higher fitness level. Maybe don't go balls out the first day :haha: but you'll get there ;)

I started back at the gym about 7wks PP- just doing cardio at first (but I had a section, so I had to really take my time tummy wise). But honestly, I'm in better shape today than I was pre-baby! Scratch that- I'm in better shape at 41 than I was at 21?! I didn't think that was possible. lol. But I guess the right motivation helps- plus, I never worked out in my 20's - unless clubbing counts? :dohh:

You got this hun!!! Kudos to you!!!
