Deffo going to court got served court papers today! and all of it is lies saying my mum hands over aiden ect and that aiden nappies are too wee and its causing him nappy rash and its the other way about! don't know why there lieing. and worst of all i neglect my son cause im "young" argh! so worried about it going to court but i doubt he will get full custody (residence) of aiden.

all i know is unless you have been a really really really bad mum the baby stays in your care but maybe get joint custody

i sometimes think alot of people use being young as an exccuse & think oh she must be struggling/a bad mam cos she is young! I know parents what are 3 times older than me what are shocking parents & deserve to have their kids taken off them yet nothing gets said to them as they're 'older & wiser' pfft! I hope you get it sorted hun, don't listen to anyone who pulls you down for being a young mam. I had my son at 19 & i know i'm a brill mam & i bet you are aswell!! xx

Thanks im just abit worried. though hes saying i have "loads of animals" its all lies:/ im shocked. im worried sick cause my houes isn't decorated "lovely" and 2rooms wont have carpet for a wee wile because were getting new heating and need to get new carpets. also he said aiden would have his own bed room at his house but wont at my house as i still stay at home with my mum as can't afford to move out. needless to say im worried sick as he just wants more more and more! if he dosn't get residnital care he was friday 10-sunday6pm and every thursday 10-5 and he wants 2weeks in summer,1week in easter and 1 at christmas! im getting well anoyed as aidens only 18months old! xx
